CW’s science fiction drama “The Reaper” is scheduled to start it’s second season on March 17,2009. The show is scheduled to run 13 episodes and is going to be put in the Tuesday night time slot following “90210″. The show is about a kid named , Sam Oliver(Bret Harrison) who’s parents sold his soul to the Devil before they new he would be born in exchange for returning his father’s good health .
They planned to cheat the Devil out of the deal by not having any kids,but Satan bribed their family doctor into telling them that they couldn’t concieve by wiping out his gambling debts. Shortly after that, Sam was born. Read More »

Here is the trailer for the new horror flick, ” My Bloody Valentine”in 3-D starring : Jensen Ackles, Jaime King, Kerr Smith, Betsey Rue, Edi Gathegi, Tom Atkins, Kevin Tighe, Megan Boone. This looks like it will be a pretty cool movie mainly because it’s in 3-D and from watching this trailer I think it will seem like the fire is flying out at you. That’s just to awesome. It’s also got that dude, Jensen Ackles from CW’s “Superatural” which is one of my favorite shows.
The Plot : In this 1981 remake of the Classic Horror film an experienced coal miner in the small town of Harmony named Tom Hanniger caused an accident in the tunnels that eventually kills five men and leaves one man named Harry Warden in a permanent coma.However, he awakes from the coma exactly one year later on Valentine’s Day and wants revenge. He brutally murders 22 people with a pickaxe before being killed. Ten years later Tom Hanniger returns to the town of Harmony to find his ex-girlfriend,Sarah is married to his best friend,Axel who is now the town sheriff,and that he is still huanted by the deaths of the past. He struggles to make amends. But after years of peace they find that the dark killer from the past has returned wearing a miner’s mask and carrying a pickaxe. As he draws closer and closer to them, they start to realize that it may be Harry Warden that has come back to kill them.

Apparently this news came out way last year before I started this blog,but what the hell. I’m gonna post it anyways because I’m very excited about this film. The very beautiful “Smallville” star, Kristin Kreuk is cast in the new film coming out in February entitled, “Street Fighter : Legend of Chun-Li”. She will star as Chun-Li. The film is based on Capcom’s popular video game, “Street Fighter”,and will be focused on female fighter Chun-Li and her journey for justice. Read More »

Get ready people cause on January 7,2008 the fear will become real. Well, at least for thirteen reality show contestants it will be. The CW network is coming out with a new and somewhat interesting new reality show entitled, “13: Fear is Real”. The show will drop thirteen unsuspecting teens into the Louisiana Bayou to go on a journey of challenges and games designed to frighten the bejesus out of them along the way. Here is the extended trailer for the new Adam Sandler flick coming out next month entitled, “Bedtime Stories” starring : Adam Sandler, Guy Pearce, Keri Russell, Richard Griffiths, Courteney Cox, Lucy Lawless, Teresa Palmer, Russell Brand, Aisha Tyler, Jonathan Pryce. It looks like it will semi entertaining. At least entertaining enough for me to go see it. I’m also curious to see how Russell Brand will do in this movie. I really liked him in “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”. Funny as hell.
The Plot : Adam Sandler plays a hotel handyman named, Skeeter Bronson who gets roped into taking care of his sister’s(Courtney Cox)kids. However, his life makes a big 360 change as he discovers the stories he tells them start to mysteriously come true. He then tries to take advantage of this phenomenon by incorporating his own wants and desires into one story after another. The kids,though have different goals in mind that get in the way and their contribution to the stories begin to make Skeeter’s life crazy and unpredictable.

“Twilight”, the Stephanie Meyer’s box office winner a couple of weeks ago,as you might already know has a sequel follow up planned entitled “New Moon”. What you might not know is that it’s planned to start shooting just around the corner here in March of 2009. They also have a scheduled release date set for sometime during the end of next year. With three more books to go in the series it looks like they maybe shooting for an end of the year tradition,but we’ll see. I’m not quit convinced that this movie has as much steam as I thought it did after the opening weekend as ticket sales dropped drastically the following weekend. Not only has Angelina Jolie replaced Tom Cruise as the CIA officer in the film,”Edwin A. Salt”. She’s also inspired the name of the movie to be changed to “Erika Salt” to suit her role. In the film she will play a CIA officer who is accused of being a Russian sleeper spy. She avoids being captured by people who think that she is out to assassinate the president. As she tries to reunite with her family,she will fight to prove someone else is the traitor.
I’m really looking forward to another Angelina Jolie action flick, and I will provide more details on this movie as they come out.

Here is the teaser trailer for the much to my surprise 4th Terminator film entitled, “Termiator Salvation”. It stars : Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Moon Bloodgood, Common, Jadagrace, Helena Bonham Carter. I’m curious to see how it turns out and if they can actually make this work. It definately won’t be the same without Arnold for sure.There’s also a nice little added spectater bonus at the end of the teaser from those wonderful people over at trailerhits.com . They rate movies based soley on trailers,lol!! Gotta love it.

The new Christmas comedy,”Four Christmases” starring,Vince Vaughn, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Duvall, Jon Favreau, Mary Steenburgen, Dwight Yoakam, Tim McGraw, Kristin Chenoweth, Jon Voight, Sissy Spacek came in at number 1 this weekend with $46.7 million in 5 days and $31.7 million over the 3 day weekend.
